Why this matters
A PEP list without tiers and relatives is half a control
PEP screening fails in two ways: it treats every PEP the same when risk runs from a head of state to a local councillor, and it misses the relatives and close associates who carry the exposure. Complead structures PEP data into four tiers, links relatives and close associates, and versions the record so a tier change is visible when it happens.
