Put financial crime detection inside what you already sell.
Complead partners embed screening and monitoring in their own platforms, resell it under their own contract, or implement it for clients as certified specialists. One engine, one data layer and one API behind all three. The commercial terms are on this page, before the call.
Two reasons people open this page
One of them wants to sell Complead. The other one already bought it and needs somebody to make it work. The page answers both, and this is where they separate.
You want to sell or build on Complead
Four models, one program. Who signs, who invoices, who answers the first support call and how you get paid are all below, with the numbers in them.
You are implementing Complead and need help
Certified partners run the integration, write the rules, tune the thresholds and train the team. Find one by region and by what you need done.
Why partners build on Complead
Four answers partners give in the renewal conversation, which is a harder audience than the first call.
One engine, not four contracts
Sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media, ongoing monitoring, KYB and transaction monitoring run on the same engine. Your client signs once and reconciles nothing.
We own the data layer
The lists, the entity resolution and the update cadence are ours: 3,000+ sources, refreshed continuously. You are not reselling a feed licensed from somebody who also sells to your competitor.
Deep enough to white-label
REST, webhooks, batch, an embeddable screening view, and one tenant per client with isolated data. Your product keeps its own name and its own front door.
Pricing that leaves you a margin
Volume tiers are set at your level, not per client. Every client you add moves the whole book down a tier instead of starting again at the top.
Four ways to partner
The differences that matter are commercial, not cosmetic. Who signs the contract, who sends the invoice, who picks up the first support call and how the money reaches you. All four models, one table.
| Integrated reseller | Referrer | Co-seller | Consultancy and SI | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who signs the contract | Partner | Complead | Complead | Complead |
| Who invoices the client | Partner | Complead | Complead | Complead, plus partner for services |
| Who answers tier 1 | Partner | Complead | Shared, split per account | Partner, during the engagement |
| How you earn | Margin on resale, set by your tier | Referral commission on what the client spends | Co-sell margin against a joint target | Services revenue you bill, plus referral commission |
| Technical work | Full integration, one tenant per client | None | Light. A demo environment is enough | Implementation inside the client tenant |
| Deal registration | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Best fit | Banking, compliance and payments platforms, core banking vendors | IDV, KYB and orchestration vendors, audit and law firms | Vendors whose enterprise accounts overlap ours | Consultancies, global system integrators, boutique AML advisories |
You embed Complead in your platform and sell it as part of your own product. Your client signs with you, pays you, and calls you first. We stay behind the glass: the engine, the data and the escalation path, under your name.
- Full API integration, with one isolated tenant per client, provisioned through the API rather than a ticket.
- You own tier 1 support, with our response target written into your agreement behind you.
- You set the price to your client, above an agreed floor. We do not publish yours and we do not undercut it in the same account.
You make the introduction and step back. The client signs with Complead, and we run the relationship, the support and the renewal. You are paid on what they spend, for as long as they spend it.
- No technical work at all. No integration, no environment, no certification.
- Register the opportunity before the introduction. That is what protects it.
- Commission on contract value, paid after we collect, for the life of the account.
Your account team and ours work the same opportunity, usually inside an enterprise account one of us already holds. The client signs with Complead and the deal is credited to both sides against a target we set together.
- A joint account plan, and a pipeline review both sides actually attend.
- A demo environment for your team. No integration required to sell.
- Support is shared, and the split is written per account rather than assumed.
The client hires you to make compliance work. Complead is the platform you implement, configure and tune, and the implementation revenue is yours. Where you bring the platform in as well, the referral commission is yours too.
- Certification before you touch a client tenant. Two engineers and one compliance lead.
- You own tier 1 during the engagement and hand it back to us when it closes.
- You bill the implementation, we bill the license. Neither side marks up the other.
What you get on day one
Not after the first deal closes. On the day the agreement is signed.
Three tiers, and what moves you up
Tiers are earned on delivery, not negotiated on a signature. Nothing on this ladder is granted in the first call, and nothing on it is taken away without a conversation.

Certified
Where reselling becomes possible, because the delivery capability is now real.
What it takes- Two certified engineers and one certified compliance lead

- A marketplace listing
Where you plug in
The same integration surface our direct customers use, plus the two pieces only partners need: a tenant per client, and a screening view that lives inside your product instead of next to it.
REST API and webhooks
Screen at onboarding, subscribe to alerts and case status, push outcomes back into your own workflow. The same API, versioned the same way, as our direct customers get.
Batch and file feeds
Portfolio remediation and historical loads in any delimited or fixed-width format, on a schedule you set. Useful the week a client migrates a legacy book onto you.
Embeddable screening view
A screening and alert view you drop into your own product, carrying your styling. Your client never leaves your interface to resolve a match.
A tenant per client
One isolated tenant for each of your clients, one set of credentials for you, and provisioning through the API. Nothing is pooled across your book.
SSO and role mapping
SAML and OIDC, with your roles mapped to ours, so your admins are not maintaining a second user list they will forget to prune.
Residency per client
Choose the region each client’s data stays in, independently of where you sit. A client under one regulator does not inherit your jurisdiction.
How onboarding works
Five steps, and the calendar time each one takes. If a step is going to take longer than this in your case, you hear it in step one rather than in month three.
Find a partner
Certified partners implement Complead, write the rules, tune the thresholds and train the team that will live with the alerts. Some of them also resell the license; the ones that do say so on their listing.
The directory opens as the first partners certify
We would rather show you an empty page than a list padded with logos of companies that have never delivered an implementation. Until the first certifications land, tell us the region and the scope and we make the introduction ourselves, usually the same week.
Tell us the region, the regulator and what needs to be live by when.
Partner questions
The eight that come up in every first call, answered here so the first call can be about your clients instead.
Do you sign exclusivity?
No, in either direction. We do not promise a region or a vertical to one partner, and we do not ask you to stop selling anything else. What we do commit to is deal registration, which protects the opportunity you are actually working rather than the territory you might work one day.
What happens if my client contacts you directly?
If the account is registered to you, it comes back to you and the commercial terms do not change. If it is not registered, we tell you it came in and ask you whether it is yours. Neither answer is decided by whichever side happens to reply first.
Who owns the client data?
The client does. Under a reseller agreement you are the processor for your client and we are the subprocessor, and the DPA and the subprocessor register say so in writing. Nothing is pooled across tenants, including for benchmarking, and no client data trains a model that serves anyone else.
Can I white-label the interface?
Yes. The embeddable screening view carries your styling, and one tenant per client means your client never sees another client. The audit trail still names Complead as the engine behind the decision, because an examiner has to be able to trace it, and a white label that hides the engine fails that test.
Is there a price floor I have to respect?
Under the reseller model there is a floor, and above it you set your own price. We do not publish what you charge, and we do not quote under you inside an account you have registered. The floor exists so that the same platform is not sold at two prices in the same market by two of our own partners.
What if two partners register the same account?
The first registration holds, and the second partner is told the same day. We do not run an auction between you, and we do not stay quiet and let both sides keep spending time on it.
Who answers a tier 1 support ticket?
The model decides. Resellers and implementers answer tier 1 and escalate to us against a response target written into the agreement. Referred and co-sold accounts come straight to our support desk. In every case the escalation reaches an engineer who owns the platform, not a queue that owns a script.
What does certification cost?
Nothing beyond your team time. Two engineers and one compliance lead, one week, taught by the people who built the platform. It is repeated when a major version ships, and we schedule that around your release calendar rather than ours.
Apply to the partner program
One form, then a call within two business days. If the fit is not there we tell you on that call, with the reason, rather than leaving you in a sequence that emails you for a year.
- A call within two business days
- A straight answer on fit
- Terms before the second call
Prefer to talk first? Talk to partnerships and we will set the agenda together.
Tell us how you sell today
We use these details to answer your application. Nothing is shared outside Complead.
Your customers already have this problem. Sell them the answer.
Four models, three tiers, one engine. Pick the model that matches how you already sell, and the rest is onboarding.

The platform pages cover screening, monitoring, fraud and case management, with the pricing on the page rather than behind a call.
