Why this matters

Every firm has a risk model. Few can produce it on request.

The methodology exists in a document, the weights exist in a system, and the two have not agreed since the last review.

Static

set once at go-live

Weights chosen before the first customer never move again.

Unwritten

the rationale is verbal

Why this weight, and not another? The answer was a meeting.

Uniform

one model for every segment

Retail and correspondent banking scored on the same scale.

How it works

Set it, score it, evidence it

Scroll to advance
  1. Step 01 You define the dimensions

Country, product, channel and behaviour, each with weights you choose per segment.

  2. Step 02 Customers score continuously

The score updates as data changes, not only at review time.

  3. Step 03 Bands drive the workflow

A band decides review frequency, diligence level and who has to approve.

  4. Step 04 Changes leave a history

Every weight change is versioned with who made it and when.

How scoring works

01

Per-segment weights

Retail, corporate and correspondent do not share one scale.

02

Continuous recalculation

The score follows the data rather than the review calendar.

03

Band-driven workflow

Review frequency and approval level follow the band automatically.

04

Parameter history

Every change versioned, attributed and retained.

05

Override with a reason

Manual overrides are allowed, recorded and reviewable as a pattern.

06

Exportable methodology

The model in force on any past date can be produced.

FAQ

Before you ask us

Can we use our own methodology?

Yes. The dimensions and weights are yours; the platform enforces and evidences them.

How often does a score update?

On any change to the underlying data, not on a schedule.

Can we override a score?

Yes, with a recorded reason. Override patterns are reportable.

What does the auditor receive?

The model version in force on the date in question, plus the customer score history.

Bring your current risk model

We will rebuild it in the platform and show you what your book looks like scored against it.
