Frequently asked questions
Screening speed, data residency, pricing and integration -- the questions compliance and engineering teams actually ask before signing.
Before you ask us
How fast is a screening call?
Median 150ms for a synchronous search, measured end to end. That fits inside your onboarding request without a loading state.
How often is list data refreshed?
Every 15 minutes across 3,000+ sources. Each list is versioned, so you can see what a record said before it changed and which customers it touched.
Can we bring our own lists?
Yes. Internal blacklists, local regulator lists and customer-specific watchlists sit alongside the global data and are scored the same way.
How do you reduce false positives?
Entity resolution before screening, score bands per segment, secondary identifiers such as DOB and nationality, and whitelisting that survives list updates.
Does it handle non-Latin names?
Matching is transliteration-aware across Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic, Greek and Chinese. The original script is kept next to the translation rather than normalised away.
How long does integration take?
First live call within 15 minutes of a sandbox key, roughly one engineer-day for a production integration including monitoring webhooks.
Do we need a contract to start?
No. The sandbox key is generated in the browser and works against test data immediately, with no procurement call in between.
Is there a batch option?
Yes, for bringing an existing book into scope. After that, monitoring is delta-driven rather than a nightly re-run of everything.
Where is our data stored?
In the region you choose -- EU, UK or Turkiye -- including backups. Screening can also run against hashed identifiers if policy forbids sending names.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, with GDPR and KVKK compliance. Reports are available under NDA from the security page.
How is pricing structured?
By module and volume, so cost tracks the business rather than leading it. Modules switch on as obligations arrive, with no second integration.
What does support look like?
A named contact from onboarding onward, with response targets in the contract. Compliance questions reach someone who has run a programme, not a script.
Still stuck on something?
A specialist who works on your problem answers, not a queue. Within 24 hours.
